President & CEO |
As TMA's President and CEO, Mike sets the customer-centric tone for the company and leads its strategic growth initiatives. In 2004, TMA was ranked number eight in Virginia Business Magazine's "Fantastic 50", which recognizes the state's fastest-growing companies. TMA also received the same award in 2006.
Mike attributes the company's success to hiring the right people for the right jobs and giving them the freedom and support to serve customers by doing what they do best. He has been involved with the company and the direct marketing industry for more than 20 years. Within two years of working in list brokerage, he became the company's top sales producer—bringing on Fortune 500 clients like Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline and Aetna - and continues to oversee overall business development initiatives.
Mike serves as a board member to the George Mason University School of Management as well as the Taylor Institute for Direct Marketing at the University of Akron. He is involved with a number of charities including Children's National Medical Center in Washington DC. TMA's golf tournament benefiting CNMC has raised more than $360,000 over the past five years.

Chief Financial Officer |
As TMA’s CFO, Scott oversees the daily operations for the company. His areas encompass finance & accounting, human resources, operations and IT. He joined TMA as VP of Finance & Operations and has worked to streamline and strengthen the areas he overseas.
Scott brings a wide range of experience working for companies of all sizes in both the private & public sectors. Prior to joining TMA, Scott worked for a consulting firm and served as a technical project manager at the Executive Office of the President. He worked on IT related initiatives, including database & reporting projects. Scott has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now IBM Global Services) as a deputy project manager assisting with oversight of a large global consulting engagement providing IT assessments within the airline industry.

From client visits to overseeing TMA’s activities with its numerous fundraising, telemarketing and direct mail clients – Greg manages many of TMA's largest brokerage and management clients. He joined TMA as director of business development and successfully balanced the division's growth—which at one point reached 200 percent, with exceptional customer service and his staff's professional development.
Greg previously held sales and marketing roles with a Philadelphia communications company. He has been active with DMAW and the American Marketing Association.

As head of TMA’s advertising agency-focused list brokerage group, Tom works with some of the nation’s leading advertising firms. Over his career, he increased TMA’s business to agency clients by 500%. He oversees and mentors a team of account managers and strives to be at the forefront of new client acquisition and growth strategies. Tom also oversees many of TMA List Management’s activities working with numerous fundraising, b2b, b2c, direct mail, email, digital and telemarketing clients.
Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated proven sales, marketing and business development expertise — cultivating lucrative accounts and territories, developing high-performing sales teams and consistently ranking as a top producer. With a B.A. in Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, Tom brings a multi-faceted perspective to his position, integrating ‘new media’ as a complement to traditional direct marketing techniques. Today’s direct marketing environment demand proficiency in on-line mediums to maximize revenue for TMA’s clientele. He volunteers with the DMA.

Vice President of Digital Strategy |
As Vice President of Digital Strategy, Tom assists clients in developing and executing interactive campaigns across the web, email, mobile and social media. With the ever changing 'new media' landscape, Tom provides insight into how to leverage digital interactions to achieve measurable results for TMA's clients.
Prior to joining TMA, Tom ran a software development and consulting company with clients across the business, government and non-profit sectors. His has past experience in political campaign management, telecommunications and government affairs.
